In the name of God Amen I Thomas Smith nalor Eardington within the Parish of Asson in the county of Warwick being of good and perfect memory blessed be god doe heire make and declare this my last will and testament to dispose my worldly goods as followeth Imprimis I make my son Thomas Smith and my son Joseph Smith my executors to see this my last will purformed they are hereby to pay all my lawfull deats and my funeral charges and the remanding part of my goods my will is that they shall bee devided Equalley to all my chilldren a equall share all alike in witness hereof I set my hand and seal the 5 day of june in the year of our Lord 1727
